August 6, 2026 my wife and I stayed at the Best Western next door; this is an easy walking distance. My wife had pot stickers and chow mein. The pot stickers were cooked on one side only; the chow mein had a very strange noodle and was extremely thick and gummy. I had white rice and teriyaki chicken. This place does not serve teriyaki (they do not know what teriyaki sauce is). The supposedly grilled chicken (it was not grilled, had no grill marks and was thick sliced) had no flavor whatsoever. I requested more teriyaki sauce on my chicken thinking it was just served without enough teriyaki; I was wrong. Whatever they are serving, it is not teriyaki sauce. My wife and I ended up throwing the food away. Ticket # 1044 - $24.93 expensive waste of money. Nothing had flavor. I will admit, the white rice was good. As a note, we did not purchase drinks, only food. The two workers seemed more interested in talking to each other, then sitting down and continuing to talk to each other, than working. There is no love in this place.

Had to change my review since I found a fly on my food. Came in for my second time ever as I live in Redding. First time was great, no issues, but this second time I found a fly and vomited after seeing it in my food. I got a combo number 2 and an order if potstickers. I called to let them know about it and they told me to come get a refund. I came back and the server voided my whole transaction then asked me to pay for the potstickers aside. I of course after vomiting didnt want to eat their food ever again and didn't make a huge fuzz about it. The appalling thing is that they didn't ask what dish the fly was on and they kept serving the same food to the customers inside the establishment. If you are thinking about coming in, definitely thinks twice. I wouldn't want to continued to be served the same food that had a fly on it.thw chef was there when I returned to get a refund and didn't say a word to me also. I feel like the Customer service was not there either. The girl that gave me my food was nice, though I would have refunded the whole thing if it were me as ive worked as a waitress before. She said she was sorry about the incident but it doesn't make up for the vomit experie

Totally disappointed. I ordered mixed vegetables with tofu for one of my main entrees and there was three pieces of broccoli two very thin carrot slices if it wasn't for the color I wouldn't have known what it was one piece onion and no tofu in it. Very small portions for $30+. It was 30 minutes before closing maybe that was why. Not like it used to be before they changed owners.

This is by far the worst Iβve ever had. I ordered the orange chicken (very common amongst most restaurants; not very hard to mess it up) and it was dry. Plain dry chicken no sauce on it at all. The noodles are very plain and the fried rice has no flavor. It was very disappointing I called immediately requesting a refund and told them I would most definitely bring the food back. Took one bite of each and literally donβt want to eat it. My daughter who eats everything and is a toddler doesnβt even like it so I know Iβm not wrong. Then they also denied a refund. If I could give 0 starts I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND food is disgusting and was not satisfied with the customer service either. Overall 0 stars. I would like to know where in the store it states 0 refunds aloud.
